Eligibility 

Registration for the Highlander Transfer Bridge opens on Wednesday, June 3. Space is limited, so please review the eligibility requirements and special instructions below.

The following students are eligible for Highlander Transfer Bridge:

  1. Incoming Fall 2026 transfer student majoring in Education, Society and Human Development (ESHD)
  2. Must have completed their Student Intent to Register To UC Riverside
  3. Have submitted all required official documentation (including final transcripts, financial aid forms,  medical records etc..) 

If you are interested in adding Education, Society, and Human Development (ESHD) as a second major and want to join the Highlander Transfer Bridge, do not fill out the standard registration form yet. Instead, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Highlander Transfer Bridge directly at transferbridge@ucr.edu
  2. Use this subject line: HTB/Non-ESHD Major/UCR SID# 862…

Please Note: We must ensure our primary ESHD majors are accommodated first. Our team will review your current primary major and check available program capacity before clearing potential double majors for registration no later than June 30th.
